The three level Moana Apartments are sited on the Esplanade with the design reflecting a coastal nature with a combination of brick and painted shiplap cladding, raked ceilings and timber detailing. The long façade is broken down to a residential scale with hipped roofed cantilevered balconies and the selection of materials provide familiar and warm texture and detail . The apartments are designed to maximize views, provide useable outdoor entertaining space and efficient interior layouts.
